~Inventory Issues~
Due to increasing geopolitical issues involving the USA and China, it has become more difficult to source than seemingly ever before. We have had very limited luck on finding a suitable laboratory that has consistent inventory in domestic warehouses at the levels we require to fulfill our customer's orders. This is seemingly the case across the industry, and it does not look to be changing anytime soon. Because of this, sales representatives for laboratories have resorted to somewhat manipulative tactics in order to keep business moving. These include things like confirming with us that a suitable amount of inventory is available at their USA warehouse, and once we have paid for the shipment they then inform us that they were incorrect and there was not a suitable amount of inventory available, and that they must ship from China. This is happening across the board, and has resulted in serious delays on inventory that has unfortunately affected our customers to a high degree.
We are currently in the process of developing relationships with laboratories that are the least manipulative, and provide products that are of the same quality or (in recent cases) even higher quality than our usual stock. We are working hard behind the scenes to develop new trade relationships that will benefit and prioritize our customers. We understand that things have been very frustrating, irritating, and confusing for our customers lately and we sincerely, deeply apologize for all of this inconvenience. We humbly ask for your patience and understanding for just a couple more days. This next week should absolutely be the end of egregious delays and uncertain inventory. We kept hitting unexpected issues with our new supplier each time we placed an order with them. Many of these issues took multiple days to correct, which severely delayed re-stocking our inventory in a timely manner more than once unexpectedly. However, they only needed to happen once before they were fixed. We are confident we have ironed out the logistics issues and should find stability again this week.
We understand how frustrating, confusing, and angering this may be for our customers and we truly apologize.
